9 1/2 months...And I'm late. Abysmally late on posting. More pictures up within a few days, but there's one below!
At nine months, Ethan is doing the following:
- He has two teeth on bottom and three coming in on top. He loves biting into his Mum Mum biscuits and chomps on his puffs.
- So far he has eaten rice, pastina, lentils, banana, mango, apples, blueberries, sweet potatoes, avocado, oatmeal, peas, beans, quinoa, and other mixtures! He likes almost everything!
- He rocks back and forth on his legs and he flips around like it is nobody's business. He scoots backwards and around. He doesn't seem that interested in crawling--all he wants to do is stand. His activity center is his favorite activity and just walking around the apartment!
- He still puts EVERYTHING into his mouth--from books to toys to his hands to my hands, that is his favorite pastime.
- He has started "talking" with Micah and us. He babbles a bit more and I've heard little sounds that seem like "dada." He has said this, that, okay, and hi,.
- We went through a week-long phase where he slept as close to me as possible when we were bouncing all around the north-east. That habit needed to be broken...and after a few rough nights, he was back in his crib.
- His loves seeing himself in the mirror. After his bath, he looks so forward to popping up and seeing himself in the mirror! He smiles the biggest smile ever!
- Tummy sleeping is still his favorite and he now sleeps that way all the time! He rolls over and over like a little eggroll until he is fully comfortable.
