As part of our summer vacation, we visited Jen and the family in Middletown, RI and it was a blast! Watching how excited Ethan got when he saw kids who were older than him was amazing! He was in absolute awe! Each morning, he would squeal with excitement. Layne was super cute with him--she put her arm around him, tried to show him around, and would ask little questions about him. Michael fell instantly in love with her and her curiousity (as well as her infinite number of questions that started with Why?). Ethan loved watching Kal scoot around the room and he seemed to take a few more risks after being in their company. We walked around, ordered dinner, and played in the pool! Ethan liked being up high in the booster seat and he giggled at all of the new toys surrounding him! He was definitely spoiled being down there and it's fun to see what he will be doing in just five months!
