Spring + Passover = Joy! I had fun today cooking matzah ball soup and potato latkes. Michael claimed I cheated since I put the latkes in the oven instead of frying them, but I thought they still tasted good! Why haven't I been making matzah ball soup my entire life? It was so easy and so tasty. Those items plus the lawn filled with daffodils and a smiling baby are definite signs that spring is right around the corner!
