Snowy Start to Spring and a New Nanny!

After our photo shoot, we geared up to head outside in the snowing, sleeting weather! Definitely not a fun way to spend a Monday night. That said, we went to Micah's house where we met Ingrid, our new nanny! We quickly fell in love with her gentle spirit, warmth, and ease with Ethan. He quickly smiled at her and she made jokes about her spiky hair and his spiky hair. I am so surprised at how quickly this whole process went! Each day, I get sad thinking about how Deb won't be with us for that much longer. Ethan has been so lucky to have her here on a daily basis and I know as he grows up, he will love hearing stories about when he was less than six months!
